Bizzy Inc. (“Bizzy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and protect personal information when you use Get Bizzy, including our website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”).

1. Information we collect

Information you provide

We collect information you provide directly to us, including:

  • Account information, such as your name, email address, username, password or authentication credentials;
  • Profile and card information, such as your photo, role, company, bio, phone number, email address, website, social links, calendar link, and other information you choose to include; and
  • Communications, such as messages, support requests, feedback, and survey responses.

Information collected automatically

When you use the Services, we may automatically collect:

  • Device and browser information, such as device type, operating system, browser type, language, and identifiers;
  • Log and usage information, such as IP address, access times, pages or features viewed, referring URLs, and interactions with the Services;
  • Approximate location derived from your IP address; and
  • Cookie and similar-technology information.

Information from third parties

We may receive information from third-party services when you choose to connect them to Get Bizzy or when they provide services on our behalf. This may include authentication providers, payment processors, analytics providers, customer-support providers, and connected platforms.

  • Create and display your account and card information as you direct;
  • Process transactions and provide customer support;

3. How cards and public information work

Get Bizzy is built for sharing. Information you choose to publish to a card may be accessible to anyone with the relevant link, QR code, or other sharing method.

Before you publish information, consider whether you are comfortable making it available to the people with whom you share your card. You can update or remove information from your card through the Services, but Bizzy cannot control information that someone else has already saved, copied, or shared.

4. How we disclose information

We may disclose personal information:

  • With people you choose to share with. When you share a card, we display the information you elected to publish.
  • With service providers. We use vendors that help us provide services such as cloud hosting, authentication, analytics, customer support, email delivery, payments, and security.
  • For legal, safety, and enforcement purposes. We may disclose information when we believe disclosure is necessary to comply with law, enforce our Terms, respond to lawful requests, or protect rights, safety, and property.
  • In connection with a business transaction. We may disclose information as part of a merger, acquisition, financing, reorganization, sale of assets, or similar transaction.
  • With your consent or at your direction.

Bizzy does not sell personal information for money.

5. Cookies and similar technologies

We and our service providers may use cookies, pixels, local storage, and similar technologies to operate the Services, remember preferences, understand usage, and improve performance.

You may be able to change browser settings to limit cookies. Some features of the Services may not work properly if you disable them.

If you access the Services from outside the United States, your information may be processed in the United States and other countries where Bizzy or its service providers operate.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. The “Last updated” date shows when this Policy was last revised.
