Terms of Service

Welcome to Get Bizzy. These Terms of Service (“Terms”) govern your access to and use of the Get Bizzy website, applications, and related services (collectively, the “Services”) provided by Bizzy Inc. (“Bizzy,” “we,” “us,” or “our”).

By creating an account, creating or sharing a Get Bizzy card, or otherwise using the Services, you agree to these Terms. If you do not agree, do not use the Services.

1. The Services

Get Bizzy helps you create, manage, and share a personal or professional introduction through a link, QR code, and other supported methods.

We may update, improve, suspend, or discontinue parts of the Services from time to time. We will use reasonable efforts to provide notice of material changes when appropriate.

2. Eligibility and accounts

You must be at least 13 years old to use the Services. If you are under the age of majority where you live, you may use the Services only with permission from a parent or legal guardian.

You are responsible for:

• Providing accurate account information;
• Keeping your login credentials secure;
• Maintaining the accuracy of the information you publish through your card; and
• All activity that occurs through your account.

Please notify us promptly at connect@getbizzy.id if you believe your account has been accessed without authorization.

3. Your content and cards

You may add content to your Get Bizzy card, including your name, photo, role, contact details, links, work, social profiles, and other information you choose to share (“User Content”).

You retain ownership of your User Content. However, to operate and provide the Services, you grant Bizzy a worldwide, non-exclusive, royalty-free, transferable, sublicensable license to host, store, reproduce, display, format, distribute, and otherwise process your User Content solely as necessary to provide, improve, secure, and promote the Services.

You are responsible for ensuring that you have the rights, permissions, and legal basis to use and share your User Content.

Because Get Bizzy cards are designed to be shared, information you make public on a card may be viewed, saved, copied, or shared by others. Please use care when deciding what to publish.

4. Acceptable use

You may not use the Services to:

• Violate any law, regulation, or third-party right;
• Impersonate another person or misrepresent your identity, affiliation, credentials, or authority;
• Publish false, deceptive, defamatory, threatening, harassing, discriminatory, infringing, or unlawful material;
• Collect personal information from others without their permission or in violation of applicable law;
• Send spam, deceptive messages, malware, or unwanted commercial communications;
• Interfere with, disrupt, reverse engineer, probe, or attempt to gain unauthorized access to the Services, accounts, or systems;
• Use the Services to compete with Bizzy or build a substantially similar product using our confidential materials, except where prohibited by law; or
• Circumvent usage limits, security controls, or access restrictions.

We may remove User Content, suspend access, or terminate accounts that violate these Terms or create risk for Bizzy, our users, or others.

5. Third-party services

The Services may allow you to link to, connect with, or share content through third-party services, including social platforms, calendar tools, websites, and payment providers.

Those third parties are governed by their own terms and privacy policies. Bizzy does not control and is not responsible for third-party services, content, availability, or practices.

6. Intellectual property

The Services, including the Get Bizzy name, logos, software, design, text, graphics, and other materials, are owned by Bizzy or its licensors and are protected by intellectual-property laws.

Subject to your compliance with these Terms, Bizzy grants you a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable, revocable right to access and use the Services for their intended purpose.

Except as expressly permitted by these Terms, you may not copy, modify, distribute, sell, lease, license, or create derivative works from the Services or Bizzy materials.

7. Feedback

If you provide suggestions, comments, or feedback about the Services, you grant Bizzy the right to use it without restriction or compensation to you.

8. Paid services

Certain Services may require payment. Prices, plan features, billing terms, renewal terms, and cancellation instructions will be presented before purchase.

Unless required by law or otherwise stated at purchase, fees are non-refundable. You are responsible for applicable taxes.

9. Privacy

Our Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, and disclose information about you. By using the Services, you acknowledge that you have read the Privacy Policy.

10. Disclaimers

THE SERVICES ARE PROVIDED “AS IS” AND “AS AVAILABLE.” TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZZY DISCLAIMS ALL WARRANTIES, WHETHER EXPRESS, IMPLIED, OR STATUTORY, INCLUDING WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY, FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE, TITLE, NON-INFRINGEMENT, AND UNINTERRUPTED OR ERROR-FREE SERVICE.

Bizzy does not guarantee that a card will always be available, compatible with every device or platform, or viewed by a recipient. We do not verify the accuracy, completeness, legality, or quality of User Content.

11. Limitation of liability

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZZY AND ITS OFFICERS, DIRECTORS, EMPLOYEES, AGENTS, AFFILIATES, AND SUPPLIERS WILL NOT BE LIABLE FOR ANY INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, SPECIAL, CONSEQUENTIAL, EXEMPLARY, OR PUNITIVE DAMAGES, OR FOR ANY LOSS OF PROFITS, REVENUE, DATA, GOODWILL, OR BUSINESS OPPORTUNITY.

TO THE MAXIMUM EXTENT PERMITTED BY LAW, BIZZY’S TOTAL LIABILITY FOR ALL CLAIMS ARISING OUT OF OR RELATING TO THE SERVICES WILL NOT EXCEED THE GREATER OF (A) THE AMOUNT YOU PAID BIZZY FOR THE SERVICES IN THE 12 MONTHS BEFORE THE EVENT GIVING RISE TO THE CLAIM OR (B) US $100.

Some jurisdictions do not allow certain limitations of liability. In those jurisdictions, these limitations apply only to the extent permitted by law.

12. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Bizzy and its officers, directors, employees, agents, affiliates, and suppliers from claims, liabilities, damages, losses, and expenses, including reasonable attorneys’ fees, arising from or related to your User Content, your use of the Services, or your violation of these Terms or applicable law.

13. Suspension and termination

You may stop using the Services at any time. You may request deletion of your account by contacting us at connect@getbizzy.id or using available account settings.

We may suspend or terminate your access to the Services if we reasonably believe you have violated these Terms, created risk or legal exposure, or used the Services in a harmful or fraudulent manner.

Sections that by their nature should survive termination will survive, including intellectual property, disclaimers, limitations of liability, indemnification, and governing-law provisions.

14. Governing law and venue

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Texas, excluding its conflict-of-law rules.

Any dispute arising from or relating to these Terms or the Services will be resolved exclusively in the state or federal courts located in Travis County, Texas, and you consent to their jurisdiction and venue.

15. Changes to these Terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. If we make material changes, we will provide notice through the Services, by email, or by another reasonable method. Your continued use of the Services after the updated Terms take effect means that you accept them.
